    •    Payment information
    •    Credit or employment history

    •    We may collect anonymous analytics data such as IP address or device type through third-party platforms (e.g., Durable, Google Analytics) for traffic monitoring purposes only.
    •    All data collected is used solely for internal automation, lead qualification, or routing and is never sold or shared.

Right Recruit LLC uses a limited set of third-party platforms to power our internal automation, communication, and scheduling workflows. These platforms do not access or store sensitive candidate data, and all tools are used in compliance with their respective privacy terms.

The tools we currently use include:

    •    Durable – Used for hosting our website and collecting email submissions via waitlist forms.
    •    Gmail (Google Workspace) – Used for business communication and internal routing of lead data.

    •    Airtable – Used to store basic lead data (name, email, status, notes) for tracking purposes.
